MS 1535 Visitation of Cheshire 1580 + numbered Bunbury-of-Bunbury stem; read 23 Jul 2026 (via Turtle Bunbury's Ormerod history).): AGNES NORRIS (Norreys), dau. of WILLIAM NORRIS OF SPEKE (Speke Hall - a 2nd Norris-of-Speke marriage in this line, cf. Martha Norris x Sir Henry Bunbury; note-only); m. 1464/5 John Bunbury of Stanny. Burke's Peerage's 'Agnes Morreys' was a corruption of NORRIS OF SPEKE (both Cheshire visitations + Ormerod agree). Mother of Richard (our line). Direct ancestress.
