Alice FitzWalter was a daughter of the second Lord FitzWalter by a daughter of Lord Percy, and she married Aubrey, tenth Earl of Oxford. When her husband died she was granted custody of the inheritance during her son's minority. She died in April 1401, a year after him.

X p.234): ALICE, dau. of JOHN, 2ND LORD FITZWALTER, by ELEANOR, dau. of HENRY, LORD PERCY; Countess of the 10th Earl; granted custody of the inheritance 11 May 1400 during her son's minority; d. 29 Apr 1401. Confirmed by heraldry: the 11th Earl's tomb bears Vere impaling Fitzwalter. Direct ancestress. Added 22 Jul 2026.
