Beamish settler

Father of Francis Beamish of Kilmalooda (d.1679); forename not recorded; of the Munster-Plantation planter generation (the Beamishes settled on Phane Becher's grant west of Bandon, c.1580s-90s). His wife was Catherine (d.1642), "either the widow or more probably the daughter-in-law of the first Beamish settler" (Kingsley) - so the exact placement above Francis is uncertain (the first settler may be one generation higher).
