✓ Clemence de Ponthieu, daughter of Guillaume Talvas, Count of Ponthieu and Alencon (William of Jumieges: one of his daughters married 'Iuhello filio Walterii de Meduana'); wife of Juhel I de Mayenne and mother of Geoffroy III. Her mother is an unrecorded earlier wife (chronology) - so placed in a family with her father alone. RING 22 Oct 2026 into William III Talvas. Source: Medieval Lands (fmg.ac, Cawley), 'Maine Nobility (mainnob)'; 'Northern France - Amiens/Ponthieu'. [DIRECT ANCESTOR OF THE COMPILER: flag added 22 Oct 2026 by walking the tree from Aynsley, so that this marker is reliable and can be searched.]
