✓ Dermot an Dúna (Diarmaid an Dúna) Mac Carthaigh Riabhach, Lord of Carbery, inaugurated 1452: AFM 1452.17 'Mac Carthy Reagh Donough, Lord of Hy-Carbery, died; and Dermot an Duna was inaugurated in his place.' Brother of that Donough and so a son of Donnell Reagh: AFM 1503.19 'Cormac, the son of Donough, son of Donnell Reagh Mac Carthy, died. He was a man who had retained the lordship and tanistry of Hy-Carbery in despite of his father's brother, Dermot-an-Duna.' Father of Fineen (d. 1504) and Dermot (succ. 1504). Death not recorded.
