Giselbert Comte de Luxembourg

~ Giselbert, Comte de Luxembourg, Graf von Salm ([1005/10?]-[1056/59]); named with his brothers Frederick and Theoderic in 1036 as nephews of Adalbero, provost of St Paulinus at Trier. Medieval Lands places them as sons of Frederick, Count in the Moselgau (d. 1019), but 'the primary source which confirms that Friedrich was the father of the three brothers has not been identified' - hence ~. RING (~) into Frederick of Luxembourg (F99902): brother of Ogive, Countess of Flanders. Source: Medieval Lands (fmg.ac, Cawley), read 2 Nov 2026: 'Luxembourg, Salm'.
