✓ Gómez Pérez [II] de Toledo, alguacil mayor of Toledo in his father's lifetime (1322), knight of the Order of the Band; will 12 Sep 1324 (A.S.D.R.), second will 11 Jul 1330, codicil 31 May 1333; buried in his father's chapel at San Antolín. m. Teresa Alfón, daughter of Diego García de Toledo. Eldest son Diego Gómez (I100994), 'el futuro esposo de doña Inés de Ayala', named in the 1324 will with his sister Teresa; the later children (Fernando, Vasco, Suero - Archbishop of Santiago) named in Teresa Alfón's will of 1330. The claim (Higuera) that Diego's mother was Inés Barroso is refuted by Caviró from the wills.
