Hawise de St Amand

~ as William's mother, ✓ as a person: Hawise, 'da. of Amauri de St. Amand', 1st wife (m. c.1270) of Simon de Montagu, 1st Lord Montagu; 'She was dead in 1287' (CP IX 'Montagu' p.80). Entered as mother of William, 2nd Lord (b. c.1270-75, m. c.1292) on chronology - Simon's 2nd wife Isabel was married 'in or before 1287' - CP does not say which wife bore him.
