Jane Jones was a daughter of Thomas Jones, Archbishop of Dublin and Lord Chancellor of Ireland, and a sister of the first Viscount Ranelagh. She married Henry Piers of Tristernagh, and it is her household that leads, three generations on, to Constantia Piers and the proven road to the Irish kings.
