Col. John Ievers of Mount Ievers (then Ballyarrilla), MP FOR CLARE 1715-27 in the Irish Parliament - 'arguably the most influential commoner in the county'. Possibly the 'Col. Ivers' who served as quartermaster under Marlborough alongside Cadogan, 1704. Father of Henry (our line), Augustine, William of Fort William, Thomas Arthur Norton, and daus.
