✓ MAUD, da. of ROGER LE BIGOD (I100119, the Domesday magnate, already in the tree); wife of William d'Aubigny Pincerna; mother of the 1st Earl (our line). This rung LOOPS the Arundel line onto the existing Bigods - so both Bigod earls and Arundel earls now spring from the same Domesday Roger.
