[980/90], d. after 16 Jul 1039), son of Milon [IV], Count of Tonnerre, and Ermengarde ('Raynardus comes Tornodorensis pagi et mater mea Ermengardis comitissa', 1002). m. Herviz (Helvis). His charters of Jul 1036 ('uxore mea Herviz...filio nostro Arduyno ac filia Ermengarda') and 16 Jul 1039, on his deathbed ('uxoris mee Herviz et filii mei Harduini sive filie mee Ermengarde'), name his children: Otto (d. before 1036), Hardouin (Bishop of Langres) and Ermengarde, wife of Guillaume I of Nevers.
