Walkelin de Duston

~ Walkelin de Duston, granted the manor of Duston by Henry II on the forfeiture of Peverel; took the religious habit at St James's Abbey, Northampton, and was its abbot 1180-1206; on 10 Feb 1206, the year of his death, his son William had King John confirm all the lands Walkelin held when he became a religious.
