✓ William FitzGerald, 'a bastard son of Richard the first seneschal, whose portion was Inchinacranagh (Castlerichard)' in Imokilly; 'His son in turn, James fitz William, became dean of Cloyne, probably shortly before 1520' (MacCotter 2016 p.[Imokilly section], from Carew's c.1599 pedigree and the Cloyne records). Mother unknown (he was illegitimate; Richard's 1430 dispensation wife Eilís Ní Chonchubhair need not be she).
