One family's line, kept on its own evidence · contributed by Register B of the descendant file (Norman's own record, early 1990s) and a letter with hand-drawn chart from Derry Cambridge (nee Damery) of Walterstown, Cobh, 10 June 1994
The Irish cousins: descendants of Jack Damery, Thomas's eldest son, and Cecilia Norma O'Shea. Norman sketched this branch in the early 1990s; in June 1994 Jack's granddaughter Derry answered his queries with a letter and hand-drawn chart from Walterstown, Cobh, naming the spouses and a whole generation the register had missed. Derry also spotted a family statistic: Jack and Cecelia had five children, four boys and one girl, and the same five, four and one kept recurring in the generations below. The register's rough dates for Jack himself ("b. about 1889, d. about 1929") are superseded by the documented 1892–1938. Most of this branch is living, so people appear by name (and at most a year of birth) only. individuals below. Living people are shown with a name
and at most a year of birth; full details are withheld for privacy.
