About
Garcia Sanchez the Second, called the Trembler - because, said the chroniclers, he shook before every battle and fought like a lion in all of them - held Pamplona at the turn of the millennium against Almanzor's worst. He vanishes from record about 1004; his son was Sancho the Great.
