✓ Sir Robert de Muscegros of Charlton and Norton, Somerset, Boddington and Kemerton, Glos, Hampstead and Aldworth, Berks; son of Sir John de Muscegros (1232-1275) by Cecily, heiress of Bicknor; aged 30 at his father's death 1275. Died 'about 15 days before Christmas' / 'die sancti Johannis in Natale Domini' 9 Edw I (27 Dec 1280), writs 17-18 Jan 1280/1; 'Hawisia filia sua propinquior ejus heres est et fuit de etate quatuor annorum' - his only child.
