✓ DOCUMENTED (Burke's Peerage, INCHIQUIN (O'Brien of Thomond) lineage pp.2033-34, photographed & read 23 Jul 2026.): TURLOGH DONN O'BRIEN, PRINCE OF THOMOND (b. 1499); m. 1st RAGHNAILT, dau. of John Macnamara of Clancullen. Father of Conor, Prince of Thomond (our line). *** GAP NOW FILLED 23 Jul 2026 (O'Hart pedigree, gen. 120): Turlogh Donn (No.120) = son of Teige an-Chomhaid (No.119, I99660); the full continuous descent to Brian Boru is now WIRED (I99632-661). [Superseded note:] Burke's Inchiquin had compressed this as "ANCESTOR IN THE 13TH GENERATION OF" - i.e. descends across ~13 generations Burke's does not print from - TURLOGH O'BRIEN, HIGH KING OF IRELAND (d. 1086), who was the GRANDSON of BRIAN BORU (Brian Boroimhe), Chief of the Dal gCais, Prince of Thomond, HIGH KING OF IRELAND from 1002, victor over the Danes and slain at his moment of triumph at the BATTLE OF CLONTARF, 23 April 1014. So the O'Brien line reaches Ireland's most famous High King - BUT with a ~13-generation stretch Burke's compresses: BRIAN BORU and TURLOGH the High King are kept NOTE-ONLY here (as Cerdic above Alfred, the Norman dukes above the Conqueror). To WIRE the continuous Dalcassian descent needs O'Hart's O'Brien pedigree (or the Irish annals), which names every intervening king/prince of Thomond.
