✓ DOCUMENTED per Complete Peerage, BURGHERSH, entry III (1st edn pp.77-78, supplied by Aynsley 8 Aug 2026): 1st surv. son & heir of Bartholomew the elder (I100253); m.(1) 1335 CICELY de WEYLAND (da. & h. of Richard de Weyland), by whom the Baroness; m.(2) Margaret, widow of Pichard, sister of Bartholomew Badlesmere. LOOP: wired as a son of the elder Bartholomew x Elizabeth de Verdun (F99984), so his daughter the Baroness is a NIECE of the other Elizabeth de Burghersh (I100252, m. Earl of Kildare, who is the elder Bartholomew's own daughter). Added 8 Aug 2026.
