✓ DOCUMENTED (Burke's LGI 'Westropp of Attyflin'): Frances, 2nd dau. of JOHN TAYLOR of Ballinort, co. Limerick, by GERTRUDE, dau. and heiress of Sir Francis Berkeley of Askeaton; wife of Mountiford Westropp I. A will dated 12 Oct 1705, proved at Killaloe 8 May 1706, is cited in the article's parenthesis - most naturally read as HERS, though the sentence structure leaves slight ambiguity (flag). Direct ancestress. NB: her family = the same Taylors of Ballinort whose descendant Berkeley Taylor's dau. Mary m. John Westropp of Attyflin 1734 - the network intermarried densely. Added 21 Jul 2026.
