Thomas Bousfield Herrick inherited Shippool from his father and was Jane Herrick's eldest brother, so the senior Shippool line runs from him while ours turns aside through her marriage to Ambrose Hickey.

HEAD OF THE SENIOR LINE and the point at which this branch parts from the compiler's. His widow m. 2ndly 1798 Daniel Cudmore and d.1820.
