About
William Raleigh of Farnborough married Elizabeth Greene of the Greens Norton house and died about 1460. The estate had passed out of his branch when the senior line ended in a daughter, and came back to him by re-entail - Dugdale traces the whole recovery - and his son's 1509 will, a primary anchor of this pedigree, names him and Elizabeth outright.

The Farnborough estate came back to this JUNIOR male line after the senior line (Thomas Raleigh d.1405) ended in a daughter - Dugdale explains the re-entail. M. Elizabeth Greene.
