Eva de Braose was one of the four Braose sisters, coheirs of Abergavenny, who between them married into half the baronage; through her the Berkeley line takes yet a third strand of the Marshal and Braose blood.

This rung LOOPS onto the existing Braose-Marshal family - Eva is a THIRD Braose sister in this tree, beside Eleanor and Maud, and brings a further strand of William Marshal's blood.
