About
William de Cantilupe the third, Baron of Abergavenny in right of his wife Eva de Braose, was brother to Saint Thomas of Hereford and died young in 1254. His daughter Millicent became a coheir of the family, and through her the Cantilupe blood and the saint's kinship descend to this family.
