Abu al-Asbag Abd al-Aziz

~ Abu al-Asbag Abd al-Aziz ben Lampader, son of Attaf ben Lambazar, alcalde of Toledo in 1125 - the first of the Lampader line of the Mozarabic patriciate of Toledo; Caviró gives the alcalde Melendo ben Lampader (I101029) as 'hijo de Abu al-Asbag'. Possibly the 'Aben Lampader' (1129) and 'Ava Lampader, arcaldo' (1137) of the cathedral documents. Grade ~: the filiation is stated by the modern historian from the Mozarabic documents (González Palencia; Hernández), not quoted. His father Attaf ben Lambazar is note-only.
